Cushion rubber tires on high-impact polypropylene wheel centers suit Cush-N-Tuf™ Casters for fragile loads, or for service outdoors, over rough floors, dockboard lips and elevator sills. Unlike pneumatics, Ace-Tuf® tires won't deflate and can't be punctured. Industrial duty ball bearings are standard in all wheels.
The casters–cold forged double ball race swivels and matching plate steel rigids– are bright zinc plated to complement the natural corrosion resistance of the Ace-Tuf® wheel. Check the attractive prices, too.

QUALITY FEATURES
8" models–
Swivel Construction – cold forged steel mounting plate and horn base with formed steel legs continuously welded to horn base.
Kingpin – 5/8" permanent rivet type.
Axle –1/2" diameter bolt and lock nut, with 1/2" I.D. x 3/4" O.D. spanner bushing.
10" and 12" models–
Swivel Construction – 1/4" thick formed steel mounting plate and horn base. Legs 5/16" x 2 1/2" steel, formed for increased strength and continuously welded to horn base.
Kingpin –3/4" diameter bolt with lock nut.
Axle – 3/4" diameter bolt with lock nut.
Main and Secondary Swivel Bearings – hardened steel balls rotate in two heat treated raceways.
Wheel Bearings –3/4" I.D. heavy duty flange type ball bearings.
Lubrication Fitting– to swivel assembly. |
